• Work with your unconscious mind to uncover the parts of yourself that you repress and hide from yourself but show up repetitive obstacles. 

• Facilitated exercises to activate thoughts and feelings repressed to exit to which they can be experienced and felt through the senses and processed verbally.

• Dream notes are emailed to then be interpreted

• Dream report is written within 3 - 5 days with meaning and analyzation of connection with the present.

• 30-minute complementary discussion provided to further process the meaning
